At the age of 15, my mother, step-father and 2 younger sisters, immigrated into Canada. In the middle of Nowhere, Canada. No Girls.
Leon opted out.
My stepfather wanted to build a cabin and live off the land. Good idea. I always liked eating dirt.
That lasted six months. We woke up one October morning under our blue tarp home with our sleeping bags frozen to the ground.
That was enough.
We loaded up the truck and moved to California.
Sunshine. Motorcycles. Girls.
We did twelve months in California.
It was off to Montana. It was definitely different than California.
Four years there.
Off to Portland Oregon. Three years there.
Back to Montana for a summer and then off to the adventure in Alaska.
And that's where I live today.
I have a beautiful family. My wife and our twin daughters live in Anchorage.
Lots has happened since that time...
All the events in between have helped shape who I am.
My songs represent life.
It's not always fun, but it is real.
Go ahead and ask me a question...If the questions require too much thought, I may have to forward them to my brother, Leon. He's now a professor at a College.
